Village Market in Grosse Pointe is working to bring healthy fresh food choices to health care workers and patients. While Village Market is known locally and regionally for their fresh, prepared foods, they are now looking to expand that offering to those in the community that need it (and deserve it!) the most.
Partnering with Village Market to see this vision come to life has been such a rewarding experience for all of those involved. Bringing together people from all walks of life to enjoy food in a way that is experiential (and not transactional, as it is in most hospital environments) is our definition of meaningful design. We can't wait to see this extension of Village Market come to life and look forward to sharing more photos as plans progress.
